Brett CravattCo-CEO & Co-Founder
Brett Cravatt is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive in the digital advertising sector. Brett co-founded Centerfield with Jason Cohen in 2011 and is actively involved in the company’s daily operations. Prior to Centerfield, Brett founded and worked as the CEO of WebYES! Brett also co-founded Achieve Financial Services, one of the fastest growing GPR debit card businesses in the prepaid industry, which was acquired by GreenDot (NASD: GDOT). From 2001-2006, Brett served as the COO of Vendare Media, guiding the business from 10mm in annual revenue to over 120mm in annual revenue and 20mm in EBITDA. Brett has also served on various Boards including Interclick (NASD: ICLK), which was successfully acquired by Yahoo! in 2012. Brett holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from U.C. Berkeley and a J.D. from Stanford Law School.
Jason CohenCo-CEO & Co-Founder
Jason Cohen is a well-recognized leader in the interactive marketing industry. Jason co-founded Centerfield with Brett Cravatt in 2011 and is actively involved in the company’s daily operations. Jason began his career at DoubleClick before founding WiseAds New Media, where he served as CEO and was responsible for expanding the company from zero to sixty plus employees in just eighteen months. WiseAds was subsequently acquired by About.com in 2000. Jason then served as President of MediaWhiz, a leading online direct marketing company, for which he was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2007. In addition to Centerfield, Jason is also an active Venture Partner at Cross Cut Ventures and has personally invested in successful online companies like Voicestar (exited to Marchex), Hautelook (exited to Nordstrom), and AchieveCard (exited to Greendot).
Gary PakChief Operations / Technology Officer
Gary Pak serves as Centerfield’s Chief Operating Officer where he is responsible for leading the company’s day-to-day business and administrative operations. Prior to becoming COO, Gary held the position of CTO and oversaw the company’s core technology products and IT. Prior to joining Centerfield in 2011, Gary was the SVP of Engineering for WebYES! and was responsible for architecting and scaling their technology platforms. From 2006 to 2008, Gary spent several years at online startup Spot Runner holding various technical management and leadership positions.
Cali TranChief Business Officer
Cali Tran serves as the Chief Business Officer at Centerfield where he manages the P&L primarily for the Home Services and B2B categories. Prior to Centerfield, as President and CEO, Cali led Valassis, a $2BN marketing services company back to growth primarily by driving 5x digital revenue expansion over 6 years. He joined Valassis from MacAndrews & Forbes where he served as an SVP of Corporate Development. With MacAndrews & Forbes, he played a material role in the acquisitions of Valassis (VCI, 2013), RetailMeNot (RMN, 2017), and MaxPoint (MXPT, 2017), among others. Earlier in his career, Cali was an early-stage investor at North Bridge Venture Partners where he led the investments in Bigfoot Networks (acq. QCOM), Mozes (acq. ePrize), and Sharethrough. He was also a part of the founding team of Ancestry where he ran Business Development. He earned his AB in History at Bowdoin College and his MBA at Harvard.
John BusbyChief Marketing Officer & Managing Director
John Busby serves as Centerfield’s Chief Marketing Officer & Managing Director. In addition to corporate marketing, John leads the content, editorial, research, video and PR teams for the Consumer Guides division, which helps millions of in-market consumers choose and purchase the right product or service through brands like BroadbandNow and SafeHome. Prior to joining Centerfield, John was Head of Analytics for Amazon’s grocery delivery service and responsible for business intelligence, data science and automated reporting. Prior to Amazon, John was Senior Vice President of Analytics and Marketing at Marchex. John began his career in product management for InfoSpace, Go2net and IQ Chart. He holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University.
Brad GreenExecutive Vice President, Finance
Brad Green leads all financial and accounting operations at Centerfield, establishing accounting and administrative best practices within the company, and is focused on driving operational improvements. Prior to working at Centerfield, Brad was a founding member of, and oversaw the financial, human resource, legal, and administrative operations at Spruce Media, a leading Facebook Ads API Partner that was designated as one of twelve companies by Facebook to their Strategic Preferred Marketing Developer Program. Prior to Spruce, Brad led all financial functions at SocialCash and Gratis Internet. SocialCash created some of the first ad units on Facebook, and Gratis Internet was an online ad network and a pioneer in the incentive marketing industry. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from University of Illinois, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Brock BoserChief of Digital Brands
Brock is Centerfield’s Chief of Digital Brands and oversees operations for Centerfield’s Consumer Guides. Prior to Centerfield, Brock was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Digital Ventures, a Venture Equity Firm which was acquired by Centerfield in January 2020. Digital Ventures developed a platform and vertical agnostic operating model over the course of 6 years and 5 acquisitions. Prior to Digital Ventures, Brock oversaw SEO at CNET, a CBS Interactive Company and was employee #1 and COO at Text Link Ads, which was acquired By MediaWhiz.
Kuntal ShahExecutive Vice President, Technology
Kuntal Shah serves as Centerfield’s EVP of Technology, leading all software development, data engineering, data science, and IT efforts within the company. Prior to joining Centerfield, Kuntal was SVP of engineering at realtor.com, where he led the development of their real estate data platform and monetization products, as well as data science initiatives. Prior to realtor.com Kuntal had a long career at eBay, where he led engineering teams focusing on search platform, shopping experience, vertical experiences, SEO, loyalty programs, 3rd party advertising, and selling platform and experience. Kuntal began his career as a software engineer at Texas Instruments in Bangalore, India. He holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
Kevin MiaoGeneral Counsel
Kevin oversees all of Centerfield’s legal matters. Prior to joining Centerfield, Kevin practiced in the business department at Buckner, Robinson & Mirkovich, where he was a member of the firm’s commercial transactions, business litigation and corporate law practice groups. Kevin received his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School, M.H.A. degree from the University of Southern California and a B.A. degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Kevin is licensed by The State Bar of California.
Luanne MarekSenior Vice President, Media
Luanne Marek serves as Centerfield’s SVP of Media, overseeing all forms of paid media buying including search, social, display and native. Luanne joined Centerfield with the acquisition of Qology Direct in 2017. She was previously with Qology Direct for 6 years where she led both the marketing and operations teams responsible for customer acquisition, digital marketing and strategic planning in the Home Services vertical. Luanne has a deep understanding of the online-to-offline marketing and sales process as well as a strong track record of developing and executing best-in-class channel operations. Luanne is passionately data driven in her approach to omni-channel marketing strategies to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Scott NorwalkPresident, Business Services
Scott Norwalk joined Centerfield in 2010 and has played an essential role in the company’s overall success. As Senior Vice President of Growth & Strategic Partnerships, Scott fosters relationships with Fortune 500 companies and industry leaders to expand Centerfield’s growing network of partners. In his dual role as General Manager of Centerfield’s New York office, Scott manages the direction and growth of Centerfield’s Dugout exchange, which provides end-to-end marketing solutions for advertisers, publishers and consumers alike. Scott’s core responsibilities include managing P&L of multiple divisions, incubating products that lead to significant incremental revenue growth, and managing a team of business development professionals who maintain key client relationships for Centerfield. Scott has a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Rhode Island, a Professional Certificate in Digital Media Marketing from NYU, and a Master’s Certificate in Industrial and Product Design from eCornell.
Zach RobbinsSenior Vice President, Strategy & Operations
Zach serves as Head of Digital, where he leads strategy and execution for Centerfield’s digital initiatives. His core areas of focus include deploying acquisition and retention strategies through customer-centric omnichannel engagements and e-commerce experiences. Before joining Centerfield, Zach was VP of Product at Zeta Global, where he oversaw product and led optimization efforts. Previously, as Co-Founder of customer acquisition firm Leadnomics, Zach managed and scaled the company from bootstrap to exit, earning a #26 rank on the Inc 500 list. Zach holds a Bachelor’s degree from Rowan University.
Darrell SizemoreSenior Vice President, Sales
Darrell Sizemore serves as SVP of Sales, overseeing operations for Centerfield’s domestic and international contact centers. Darrell’s key focus is driving top-line revenue growth through expansion, development, and optimization of Centerfield’s consumer and business sales operations. Prior to joining Centerfield, Darrell was with Red Ventures for 15 years where he played a key role in scaling sales operations through organic growth and acquisitions. Darrell leverages a data-driven approach to build innovative strategies, processes, and tactics that deliver best-in-class sales effectiveness, efficiency, and customer experience.
Gena RomanoVice President, Human Resources
Gena Romano serves as Centerfield’s Vice President of Human Resources, where she manages all domestic and international HR matters, including life cycle management, recruiting, organizational design and development, benefits and payroll. She brings 11 years of human resources experience to the company. Prior to joining Centerfield, Gena worked for L’Oréal for 6 years in a HR leadership capacity with a focus on acquisition management. Gena played 4 years of collegiate soccer at Wayne State College where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management. She also holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Bellevue University.
Tina LeeVice President, Editorial
Tina Lee is the Vice President of Editorial for Centerfield’s suite of consumer guide websites. She leads the team in creating strategy-driven, best-in-class editorial across all B2C verticals for the company. Before joining Centerfield, Tina was head of digital content for the game show Jeopardy!, producing videos and features for press stories and new contestant recruitment. Prior to that, she was the content lead in building Target.com’s recipe website, which integrated with their growing grocery and digital ad business. She began her career in digital at AOL CityGuide, where she improved and scaled restaurant content and spearheaded diversity initiatives across its 37 sites. Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in English from UCLA.
Jaimie ClarkVice President, SEO
Jaimie Clark serves as Centerfield’s VP of SEO, focused on driving organic growth across Centerfield’s portfolio of digital brands. Prior to joining Centerfield, Jaimie was the Head of SEO for the New York Times’ product review site, Wirecutter, where she built an internal SEO center of excellence, leading cross-functional work focused on driving reader and revenue growth. Before moving to Wirecutter, she led SEO efforts for The New York Times and established a robust growth strategy to increase readership through search during the newsroom’s digital transformation. Jaimie began her digital career on the agency side and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the City University of New York.
Santosh GumidelliVice President, Data & Analytics
Santosh Gumidelli serves as Centerfield’s VP of Data and Analytics, where he is responsible for leading the Data, Analytics, and Application QA platforms. Santosh has over 16 years of experience leading Digital Marketing Data and Analytics for various companies like Core Digital Media and Oakwood Worldwide. Santosh utilizes his deep understanding of real-time data-driven decision platforms to better support Operations, Sales, Media, Finance, and Product. Santosh holds a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Illinois University, Edwardsville.
Eric NoeVice President, Content
Eric Noe is Centerfield’s Vice President of Content, running all B2B editorial operations for business.com and Business News Daily. Prior to joining Centerfield, Eric was the Chief Content Officer at FitSmallBusiness.com. He previously served as SVP of Editorial Content at Participant Media and Managing Editor of ABC News Digital where he ran Comscore’s #1 trafficked news website. He is a Peabody and Edward R. Murrow Award-winner with a master’s degree from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and a Bachelors in English from Emory University.
Michael BrockVice President, Product
Michael Brock serves as the Vice President of Product at Centerfield, where he oversees product development and user experience for Centerfield’s owned and operated assets. Before joining Centerfield, Michael was the VP of Product at Consumer Brands, an internet marketing company that specialized in the development and monetization of digital brands. Prior to Consumer Brands, Michael worked for Blitz, a digital marketing agency, for clients Nike and Lucky Strike, and in e-commerce for Mobovida, a wireless accessory company fanatical on end-to-end optimization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Advertising at Cal State Fullerton.
Aniketh ParmarVice President, Engineering
Aniketh Parmar serves as Centerfield’s VP of Engineering, where he oversees the technology initiatives and execution across all business units. Before joining Centerfield in 2014, Aniketh was architecting and designing scalable e-commerce applications for various direct-to-consumer brands at Conversion Systems. He began his career at Edwards Lifesciences as a passionate engineer and earned his master’s degree in Computer Science from California State University Long Beach.
Lauren SullivanSenior Director, Client Services
Lauren Sullivan serves as Centerfield’s Senior Director of Client Services, where she leads account relationship management and success optimization across multiple verticals. Lauren has spent her entire career at the focal point of marketing program growth, with more than 10 years in the digital industry and agency space. Most recently, Lauren ran email and CRM strategy and execution for multi-billion-dollar Fortune 500 brands at Cheetahmail (Cheetah Digital), Experian Marketing Services, and Merkle. Lauren is passionate about problem-solving and creating efficient, effective solutions on behalf of her clients while cultivating a team of growth strategists to execute tailored plans.
Sabrina SlomanDirector of Product
Sabrina Sloman serves as Centerfield’s Director of Product, where she manages cross-functional teams in all areas of product, including planning, strategy, execution, and optimization. She brings a decade of product management experience to the company. Prior to Centerfield, Sabrina worked for CVS Health in a product development capacity with a focus on Digital and Retail Pharmacy. Prior to CVS Health, Sabrina worked for McKinsey & Company, with a focus on healthcare. Sabrina has a bachelor’s degree in Biology and Society from Cornell University and a master’s degree in Health Management from Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health.
