Co-CEO Jason Cohen Discusses Centerfield’s Strong Company Culture
Coming off the heels of Centerfield’s 10-year anniversary and the acquisitions of two leading online sites Savings.com and Business.com, Co-CEO and Co-Founder Jason Cohen had the opportunity to reflect on company culture, which he credits to Centerfield’s success.
Centerfield was ranked among the top 100 Best Places to Work in Los Angeles by Built In this year and was also selected as one of 50 companies with the Best Benefits in Los Angeles. “A great company culture means that my colleagues are having fun building our business, advancing their careers, and giving back to the community,” Jason told Sterling.
Over the past year, Centerfield has volunteered and fundraised together virtually to help under-resourced children in communities throughout the U.S. In addition to quarterly department team bonding events, Centerfield’s Culture Team hosts fun virtual events, such as an escape room, a game show mashup, a paint and sip, and more. “We have received a ton of feedback that our efforts are appreciated,” said Jason. “Our team is grateful for the creative outlets we are providing while we are remote.”
