Centerfield’s 2022 Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Report

Today we announced new Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging goals to hold ourselves accountable for Centerfield’s commitment to improving female and BIPOC representation in the workplace. Our DEIB efforts are crucial to Centerfield’s commitment to continuous evolution and leading by example – two of our core values.
We know that diversity of thought and life experience is just as valuable to our team as skills and career background. By fostering an equitable and inclusive environment, Centerfielders can do their best work because they know they belong here. And, it’s just the right thing to do.
While Centerfield is well above the industry average in several areas, we believe “average” isn’t good enough. There are some areas where we are specifically focusing on improving.
