Centerfield Wins Economic Impact Award in Jamaica

We are excited to announce that Centerfield Jamaica officially won the Business Process Industry Association of Jamaica (BPIAJ) Economic Impact Award 2019! Centerfield won the Small Company category for BPO companies with up to 1000 local employees.

The BPIAJ Economic Impact Award recognizes companies that have significantly contributed to the growth of Jamaica’s BPO (business process outsourcing) and GSS (global services sector) industries. Centerfield took home the award for having the highest percentage of local employee growth.

Our operations in Jamaica grew by more than 100% last year. We opened a brand new sales center in Kingston that has seen rapid employee growth within a few short months of opening. The Economic Impact Award was presented to us by BPIAJ on April 12^th at a special luncheon to showcase advancement in the BPO sector through job growth, facility expansions, community involvement, and investment in Jamaica’s economy. A small group of Jamaica Centerfielders graciously accepted the award on behalf of our entire team.
