Centerfield Opens New Sales Center In Kingston, Jamaica

On January 15^th, we officially opened our brand-new sales center in Kingston, Jamaica. Executives and team leaders from across the company attended the grand opening to celebrate with the new team and support the launch in-person. Centerfield’s center in Kingston serves as the sister site to our sales center in Montego Bay, joining it as one of the leading call centers in Jamaica. Centerfield has hired over 200 employees to join the Kingston center since January, and we are on pace to ramp up to 300 by June.

Following the rapid growth and success of our 500-person call center in Montego Bay, it was only natural for us to open an additional center to better serve our clients and customers. So far, the Kingston sales center has greatly surpassed early expectations. Our outstanding Sales Trainers and expert Sales Representatives are integral to this success, and we are truly grateful to be able to grow these teams and expand our operations in Jamaica.
