BroadbandNow Releases Third Annual Consumer Shopping Study
Last year, Americans spent an estimated $118 billion switching internet, phone, and TV providers, according to a new consumer shopping study by BroadbandNow, the most comprehensive Centerfield resource for finding and comparing local internet options. That is nearly a 30 percent jump from 2019.
As with previous years, research is based on anonymized shopping data for the millions of users interacting with BroadbandNow, supplemented by a broad survey of household decision-makers.
