A Day in the Life of Brand Marketing Manager Jasmine Chung
Get to know who is behind Centerfield’s brand marketing efforts.
Jasmine has been with Centerfield for a little over a year and has had the opportunity to experience multiple roles during her time here, contributing her PR and product prowess to multiple websites. Today Jasmine oversees brand marketing for all of Centerfield’s content websites. She loves to tackle new projects and has enjoyed growing with the company.
Q: Tell us about yourself. What is your role at Centerfield?
A: I manage the overall brands for all our content websites. This means I make sure that each of our properties follows their respective tones, look/feel, credibility, etc. I love that this role lets me be creative. We have over eight different websites in entirely different industries, so creating campaigns or designs for each one has been fun!
Q: What’s the coolest thing you’re working on right now, and why?
A: For one of our sites, TheSeniorList.com, we’re working on hosting a Zoom webinar series to help the senior community get through the loneliness and isolation of COVID-19. We plan on working with experts and professional instructors to host numerous different courses (i.e. cooking, social media 101, physical fitness, mental health/meditation).
Q: What are your favorite things about Centerfield?
A: The culture is top-notch! Also, love the catered food throughout the week. It helped when I was commuting over four hours a day to and from home and didn’t have time to pack regular lunches!
Q: Any advice for people wanting to do what you do?
A: Be flexible! I never knew I’d be anywhere near what I’m doing today. All it took was for me to be open to new opportunities and to be flexible when things changed.

Q: Can you share your best WFH tip?
A: Have daily routines! It keeps you on track to have a successful day. Mine has been:
– Wake up
– Drink 12 ounces of water
– Make bed
– Daily devotions/reflection
– 20-minute walk
– Shower/wash-up
– Brew coffee
– Start the work day
